It started out under the code name “DM in a Box”. The idea was to package everything a small business needed to create and send admail and gather the response.
DMO had customizable direct mail templates, landing pages, email marketing and a way to select postal walks for Unaddressed Admail and ways to target Admail based on psychographic targetting. It was pretty cool.
I worked with Blitz Advertising to create a test campaign to attract users. The campaign incorporated a contest (registering for the contest created a list for subsequent marketing efforts), radio spots, direct mail, newspaper inserts, promotional demo videos, and various collateral literature.
