Idesigned this poster while I worked at Canada Post within the Employee Communications team. Most of the time I worked on Performance magazine as the art director, but occasionally side jobs would come in through other groups within Canada Post.

In this case, external consultants were developing a plan to encourage employees to be careful when handling mail and packages. I suggested, rather than being heavy-handed, we appeal to employees pride in the trust Canadians place in them.

I thought using the post-war era WPA style would be appropriate, appealing and memorable. Alan King was the illustrator.

Apologies for the poor condition of the original, all I have is the printed piece and it has become a bit creased here and there over the years!
